Exceptional

The staff , especially Tien were very helpful. The views over the river, the pool, and views from the room. Also the two ladies who helped us in the sister hotel in town to catch the night bus were great.

It was a bit from the main town, and especially in the evening some kind of shuttle would have been nice.

Excellent

We had a great stay! Really nice and calm place with a stunning view and pool. The rooms are just like in the pictures. The Staff, especially Tien, was super nice and helpful. There are also bicycles for free to ride to the town center (circa 10 minutes) . Thank you for everything!

Very Good

Absolutely wonderful location! Quiet and peaceful right on the river. Further out of town. Great for summer. We will be back , even with the negatives. The staff are incredible and they tried to make our stay as comfortable as they coyld.. The menu is limited, but delicious and well priced.

Not a place to go to if it is cold. No heaters and an Aircon that doesn't have a heat setting. We were given extra bedding. Open air dining not conducive to cold weather. No kettle in the room and only a coat stand for hanging clothes. Fine for a short stay. We were there for 5 days, so would have been nice to have extra hanging space. A table on the balcony would be nice.

Amazing place

We stayed two nights here and the staff was lovely - very very helpful when we had problems with the reservation, always kind, friendly and super welcoming. Next to that, the view to the river was amazing and the beds were incredibly comfy! I haven't slept that good anywhere else in Vietnam!

very nice receptionist Thao! she's amazing, very helpful and caring. The view is amazing and my family enjoyed a lot the swimming pool.

the breakfast was not "very good" as advertised in booking.com, lack of basic facilities in the room (for example there isn't any closet and in one of the rooms I booked there wasn't a fridge! A bit noisy when some guests come and sing karaoke.

Disappointing

The hotel was much smaller than published. There was no table in the room. We have to use chairs to put our suitcases. There was no insects control. The room is not clean and the bathroom hygiene is poor. The restaurant breakfast was very limited. We have ordered a seafood dinner cooked by the hotel. The seafood was overcharged and with bad quality.

Everything in here just one word I can said its PERFECTLY :3 What puts this hotel above many others is the staff. Everybody is so kindness and friendly .... Rooms perfect and food fantastic. Would definitely come back many times again.

Personal, so kind and helpful. Shower!!! Finally a proper shower! Overall the whole bungalow looked very western.

Nothing, they are so nice. Helped us out with the local bus information. After the jungle tour, we could use the shower from an empty room for free.

We had a good stay

-Staff is exceptional. A girl named Thau (spelling?) Made our stay the best she could with alot of effort. We had a big misunderstanding costing us time and money but Thau made it all right and helped us in anyway she could. - pool is great for children ( but no loungers in the shade) - breakfast is good - beds are comfortable

- uppon arrival, there was mice poop in the shower really disgusting. They cleaned it and since then the room was cleaned everyday. - a bit far from center and transport is expensive - quality of meals varied depending on who was cooking.

Nice place

Quality of the breakfast and dinner was good,friendly people and lovely dog :) Also the place is nice,but not as beautiful as we expected after seeing the photos.

The room was noisy because of the airconditioning motor. We could choose only one thing for breakfast, and that really was not enough for us. So we had to pay extra or still be hungry and that is not what we expect when we book including breakfast.
